Application Form : FitSpirit Ambassador

Thank you for your interest in the FitSpirit ambassador role!

Please follow the steps below to submit your application:

Fill out this form (5-10 min);
Upload a video of yourself (max. 2 minutes) in which you briefly tell us about your personal journey (how did you become physically active?), your motivation for getting involved in FitSpirit, and what would make you a great Ambassador (optional but highly recommended);
Submit a copy of your resume or link to your Linkedin profile.

IMPORTANT: The form has to be fully completed before submitting. You will not be able to save your answers and then come back later to fill in the rest.

What type(s) of physical activity would you be able to lead? Please be as precise as possible. The information you provide will be used to inform the partner schools in your area of the services offered by the team of ambassadors:

Various physical activities such as Zumba, Yoga, Bootcamp, Kickboxing, Step, CrossFit, Pilates, Pound, tabata style session, etc.

Introduction to one of FitSpirit’s training programs (running, cycling, walking and strength training)

Introductory activity to sports such as soccer, volleyball, rugby, running, etc.

Do you have equipment that you can lend to school as part of your activities?

* You must have availabilities during the day, during school hours, to travel and lead activities (lunch period and late afternoon mainly)

* FitSpirit is regularly looking for collaborators for various special projects. By submitting a video, you allow the FitSpirit team to get to know you better, to see your energy and you increase your chances of being invited to participate in other projects if the opportunity arises.
